CELT Helps Connect the Dots
CELT’s mission is to help learning organizations attain their vision, mission, and goals by integrating high-quality programs, services, and technology with the organization’s people and processes in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective way.
The expertise of CELT’s staff combines a unique blend of educational and technological experiences. CELT staff provides technologists that know education and educators that know technology. We understand the culture of schools and know how the appropriate application of technology in these settings can greatly enhance teaching, learning, and management processes. Working with the vision, mission, and goals of educational institutions, our staff and consultants assist these organizations with the development of specific strategies and action plans designed to enhance education outcomes.
CELT’s research, planning, and technology assessment model been nationally validated by the U.S. Department of Education. This planning and assessment model entails a set of integrated data collection and needs analysis techniques that enable CELT to present information and findings systematically and validate them through interactive processes with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Moreover, it is important that all of CELT’s work is 1) based on current research and best practices, 2) deliverables-based and 3) results-oriented with a significant return on investment.
CELT prides itself on its ability to “connect the dots” from the classroom to the federal government and across a wide spectrum of education technology and pedagogy. Our approach to information technology presupposes that there are many factors at the State and Federal levels that impact a school district’s technology usage.
